Refund policy


At Senthera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below:

Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at wecare@sentheraworld.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for the return.

Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup. In areas where reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to send the product back to us, and we will reimburse standard courier charges.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Please note:

- We do not offer refunds or returns for opened, used, or personal hygiene items unless they were defective on arrival.
- Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
